Terms of Service

Friendly Surf Site will provide the Customer with the necessary software and services to operate their own traffic exchange systems without the need for a domain name and web hosting services.

Purchas of a traffic exchange through Friendly Surf site acknowledges that you have read and understand this agreement, and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not proceed with any attempts to operate a Traffic Exchange System on Friendly Surf Site server's.

Any use of these services which violates any local, state, federal, or international laws is strictly prohibited

It is prohibited to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, indecent, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind.

It is prohibited to post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute any information or software which contains a virus or other harmful component.

Friendly Surf Site reserves the right to remove any and all materials at any time which does not comply with the law.

You agree not to hold Friendly Surf Site responsible for any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from your use of the service which damages either you, Friendly Surf Site, or any other party or parties without limitation or exception.

Friendly Surf Site makes no warranties of any kind for services being offered. Friendly Surf Site provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software, or other material accessible on the service is free from viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall Friendly Surf Site be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service.

If you are dissatisfied with Friendly Surf Site service or any of its terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the service.

You agree not to maliciously or intentionally interfere with the proper operation of the system. You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy of any network or service you connect to.

You agree that the security of your account is solely your own responsibility. You agree that if you believe the security of your account has been compromised in any way, you will notify Friendly Surf Site immediately.

You agree that certain features of your hosting account (e.g., FTP access, Email accounts, etc) will not be provided.

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Friendly Surf Site is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Friendly Surf Site servers. Database backups can be performed by the customer through the site administration area that is provided.

By requesting and continuing to maintain or place additional information on Friendly Surf Site servers, you are acknowledging that you have read the aforementioned terms and conditions and that you fully understand them.
